Understand and follow established procedures to handle emergency evacuations, injuries, medical issues, etc.Understand ADA and follow proper methods of assisting special needs guests.Follow established guest service policies and procedures regarding late seating, standing room only, etc.Provide information to guests regarding location of ticket office, restrooms, telephones, concessions, etc.Resolve seating and ticketing problems or contact Supervisor for assistance.Accurately read tickets to identify time of performance, seat location and assist guests to the correct seat.Prepare and provide for distribution of event programs/handouts to guests.Know assigned station(s) for event and how to handle and who to contact for guest issues and emergency situations.
